Stirling still going strong

The Stirling Senior Varsity Girl's Volleyball team is optimistic about winning even after a hard loss to Immanuel Christian.

Assistant Coach Vern Gorham, says the games were a learning experience for the girls.

"We hadn't had a lot of practice and we're a bit rusty," says Gorham.

This game was only an exhibition game which made it a little easier to handle the loss.

"Playing a tough team like this shows what we need to really win and it only makes us a better team," Gorham says.

Gorham notes the girls realized that missing practices shows and the quality of practices equals to the way they play.

"Even though we won one and lost four, we still played hard."
