Anvy Digital expands to exceed customer expectations

Published on

In the coming months, Anvy Digital will be upgrading to become a stronger force in the Calgary print market.

A Fujifilm Acuity Flatbed printer has been added to Anvy's ever-growing production line and arsenal of print machines.  The Fulifilm Acuity Advance 2450 printer will become the main printer used on the production line.

The new printer will provide clients with faster prints with better quality and near-perfect resolution.

John Phan, owner of Anvy Digital says the new printer was essential in pushing Anvy to the forefront.

"We've always been ahead of the curve with software and hardware and there is a need for new equipment now," says Phan.  "There are over 100 print shops in Calgary alone and we need to keep upgrading to stay ahead of our competition."

Along with providing customers with print services, Phan says the new printer will be beneficial to other printers in the City.

"When a printer like Minute Man [focusing on small-format] needs a larger print of banner, we can now do that for them.  Even though we have competition in the city, we still want to work with others."

Phan says providing print services for other shops is one reason he has been able to maintain a friendly relationship with customers and other companies.

"If a customer knows we can provide all of their printing services by maintaining a business relationship with other shops; that is the key to providing the best customer services we can."

The new printer should be arriving in Calgary by the end of the summer and installation and training will take roughly two weeks to complete.
